That song “Cold Beverage” was on the album. I have zero good transition to deliver today but simply I ran.

I did race last night – got 2nd place for my old man group of 50 to 59. 16th overall with a 22:28 time. Looking forward to breaking my 22 minute mark this year at some point with another 5K race.
