That’s “I’m Your Daddy” from Weezer. Lead singer Rivers Cuomo says that he wrote the song after being in the hospital with his sick two-year-old daughter. He wanted to cheer her up and whispered to her, “You’re my baby tonight, and I’m your daddy.”
