5K EVERY DAY – Day #244

Happy Labor Day! Today is a day to celebrate the hard work and dignity of labor in this country. And for me, my daily run is my own little labor of love.

It’s been 244 days, and all I’ve been doing are all the small things – yes, that’s how I’m tying in Blink 182 – anyways, doing all the small things in order to keep running my 5K every day.
