Today is the birthday of the legendary athlete Jesse Owens – a symbol of incredible determination and of making a dream come true.

It might be a little extreme stating that my 5K Every Day is a dream, but it’s certainly my daily goal that I try to make a reality. And today – it came true again – I ran.
