Today is the anniversary of the song that would become the “Star-Spangled Banner.” It was inspired by a flag still flying after a long night of battle, a true symbol of endurance

I’m not going to say that my 5K streak is a battle, but it does take discipline and a lot of endurance to get out there to keep it going. This morning – I did run again.
