Both those clips are from songs off of his Odelay album – a very upbeat, get you going type of record. And then, there’s my favorite Sunday morning album: Morning Phase

Beck always does that – has the fast pace albums and then the more chill ones. My 5K Every Day streak is exactaly the same. I have my days where I’m just flying along and then other days – I’m running, but it’s definitely a slower pace. By the way – 9 months down, 3 months to go.
