On this date back in 2016, the 65,000 square-foot estate in Minnesota where Prince lived and worked was officially opened up to the public.

Prince originally built up this area – Paisley Park – in the mid-’80s and used it as his recording studio, concert venue, and production office. Today, there’s a guided tour that includes a look at his studios, editing suites, soundstage and NPG Music Club. You can also take a peek at an urn in the atrium that holds his ashes

That’s the lesson for us today: Don’t just show up for one part of the challenge. Build the whole system that supports your goal—your routine, your habits, your self-talk. Be the comprehensive creator of your own life.

I might not have a massive complex or an urn for my ashes yet, but I did run today.
