with a song that sounded almost dreamy.

But the story behind it…

was anything but that.

Lead singer, Richard Patrick, had been drinking…

got on an airplane…

and somewhere along the way…

decided his clothes were apparently… optional.

He ended up in police custody…

with very little memory of what happened.

Which brings a better understanding to the chorus:

“Could you take my picture…

’cause I won’t remember.”

Turns out…

he really wouldn’t.
