MUSIC THAT MATTERS – “Lyric of the Day”

(Music Cut #1 — “Pour Some Sugar on Me”)

Released on this day in the UK back in 1995…

Def Leppard gave us their greatest-hits album…

Vault.

And to celebrate…

let’s just say they didn’t stand still

(Music Cut #2 — “Pour Some Sugar on Me”)

The band wanted to set a world record…

by playing three concerts…

on three different continents…

in just ONE day!

(Music Cut #3 — “Pour Some Sugar on Me” / concert footage)

They started in a cave in Morocco…

then flew to London…

and finished in Vancouver, Canada!

Three continents…
three shows…
all in ONE day.

And a Guinness World Record.
