morning babble / Tuesday 05-24-22

I didn’t run today because of Plantar Fasciitis / not as bad of a word as Worcestershire but close. 12th Annual Blue Hen 5K – it’s a part of the Alumni Weekend on Sunday, June 5th – race begins at 9:30am
222 days until EXIT PLAN
Yesterday, I didn’t feel like making a full pot of coffee and I didn’t want to hit the local Dunkin because the woman there would make me an XL Coffee with cream and sugar before I could explain – just black. So, I hit Wawa and saw Peanut Butter Fudge . . . coffee – Decadent fudge and creamy peanut butter with a hint of vanilla. I actually saw this the other week during my 3 Day Fast
