This is the scribble that leads to the babble. Sometimes, it gets tidied up; but other times, not so much. When all else fails: watch the video!

Day 2 of the 3-Day is underway. Hardest and longest day. Typically, I start getting a headache between Day 2 night and Day 3 morning/late morning

6:23pm on THURSDAY – I’m free

172 days until EXIT PLAN

I have a bad feeling about this.

Got home yesterday and interrupted my wife from doing her paper. I explained that I need a punching bag. I then proceeded to tell her stories of the day. Feel bad now. I just wanted to vent, but it’s the same old stories – just mix around the characters.

All month – the goal is daily meditation. I’m officially signed up through the Waking Up app – it’s from Sam Harris – author, philosopher, podcaster, not the singer. Good voice though. Maybe he could sing. Surprise me. Just like Seth MacFarlane did.
