Happy Labor Day! / Morning routine being reviewed / Jo Walton quote

morning babble / Monday 09-06-21

This is the scribble that leads to the babble. Sometimes it gets tidied up, but sometimes . . . not so much. When all else fails – go watch the video!

Happy Labor Day! Rosh Hashanah begins tonight (sundown) for all my Jewish friends. Early Happy New Year!

I’m doing my routine today, just shifted it a little later since there was a mini sleeping in. I am working on my 90 minute morning routine. Marked down a couple key start times for various things. Wake up / Bathroom / Hit the treadmill / Coffee Brewing / Dressed for the day / Journal time / Babble / Get the hell outta here time

I ran #249. Little tough on the shins after two days in a row of outside running – those hills

IMPORTANT – Reminder: I’m doing the 5K run for the St. Jude Walk/Run in Philadelphia on Saturday, September 25th. I’ve joined the team – XTU to the Maxx – which is with Charlie Maxx who you can hear middays on 92.5 XTU.  To donate, please click here – anything you can do will be greatly appreciated for this great cause. “St. Jude won’t stop until no child dies from cancer”

Please subscribe on YouTube and spread the Babble wherever you can – Thank you!

QUOTE OF THE DAY:
“There’s a sunrise and a sunset every single day, and they’re absolutely free. Don’t miss so many of them.” – by Jo Walton via the MUD\WTR newsletter – click here
