What did I eat today? NOTHING until 6pm on Thursday (5/12/22) – that’s when the 3 Day Fast ended.


(3) Pomegranate Lime Tequila Fizz Drinks – so good (FYI – no carbs in Tequila)

Rigatoni Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Spicy, Sausage (yeah – a little carby)

1/3 of a Pint of Ben & Jerry’s of Coffee Toffee Bar Crunch (Whoops – but so damn good!)
