This is the scribble that leads to the babble. Sometimes, it gets tidied up; but other times, not so much. When all else fails: watch the video!

Whew . . . I didn’t work out this weekend and definitely did hold back on anything carby that was nearby. Mmm – pretzels – let’s do it. I was ready for the week to begin and get into that routine again. I typically don’t have breakfast during the week and eat maybe as early as 11am. Otherwise, it’s typically 12noon to 12:30pm where I have my first “bite” of the day. Dinner is normally long done by 8pm and no snacking occurs afterwards.

Intermittent Fasting – The 16/8 Method
This method involves eating for 8 hours and fasting for 16. The most common way of scheduling this is by having an open eating window from 12 pm to 8 pm. This means that you’re likely skipping breakfast and taking care to not snack after dinner.

The business that I’m in I’ve been doing it long enough that I know when people are lying. It happens a lot. I don’t like this “power”

Typically, I talk about setting goals on Mondays and flash my “To Do” list. However, how about a “To Don’t” list? Read some more about it via the Slow Growth newsletter.
