5K EVERY DAY – Day #52

I worship the java bean but come the 3rd day of any 3-Day Fast – coffee just begins to taste horrible to me. I was having serious issues at the end there just everything was tasting bad in my mouth like coffee, water and water.

After this recent fast, I’ve already noticed some better constraint on my part like I saw a jar of peanut butter this morning and I thought nope I should not have 9 spoonfuls. By the way, 5K Every Day continues on – a little rough today, but I did it.
