The Soup Dragons were climbing the alternative charts…

with a song they didn’t actually write.

“I’m Free.”

This song actually goes all the way back to 1965…

when it was recorded by some little band…

called The Rolling Stones.

But The Soup Dragons didn’t just copy the Stones.

They turned it into something completely different…

and to help get it there

they brought in Jamaican reggae singer Junior Reid.
