What did I eat today?

Breakfast

Black Coffee – 4 (1 cup = 4 oz)

Lunch

4 Egg Omelet with Mozzarella Cheese and Pepperoni

Snacks

Cashews and Dried Cherries

Cup of Frozen Blueberries

Dinner

Rigatoni Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Spicy, Sausage (an obvious dinner favorite)

(2) Glasses of Malbec (we split a bottle)

Slices of Parmesan (had to finish that bottle with something)
