Released back in March of 1992…
by May 2nd…
this one was starting to be heard on the radio.

Arrested Development – “Tennessee.”

with the same exact name.

The band sued
for trademark infringement.

(Music Cut #3)

It ended with a settlement –

the band got paid…
but the show kept the name.

And even managed to script in
a few jabs about the music industry.
